How Your Customers Register an Account
Overview
When someone signs up for your services, the first step they’ll take is creating an account on your Whitelabel portal. The registration process is quick, secure, and gives them immediate access to their hosting and site management dashboard.
How It Works
Your customers will go to your Whitelabel portal, fill out a short registration form, verify their email, and (optionally) apply a promo code. Once completed, they’ll gain full access to their dashboard where they can start adding and managing WordPress sites.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Direct Customers to Your Registration Page
Customers will need to visit your Whitelabel portal link (e.g., https://yourportal.com).
They can either click Get Started or go to the Pricing page to choose a plan.
2. Customers Complete the Registration Form
They’ll be asked to provide the following details:
Name
Email Address
Password
Company Name (if applicable)
Domain
Billing Information
Promo Code (optional, if you offer one)
3. Submission and Verification
Once the registration form is submitted, the account will be sent for verification.
After verification, your customer will be logged in automatically and can begin managing their sites.
