How to Access Your Customers’ Sites in the Whitelabel Platform

Edited

Overview

As a Whitelabel (WL) agency partner, you have centralized control over all customer sites associated with your portal. This means you can view, manage, and log into customer sites from your admin interface without needing their credentials or performing manual setup.

How It Works

Within the Customer Portal, the Sites tab under your Whitelabel dashboard settings lists all sites created by your clients. Each site entry includes details like:

  • Customer email

  • Plan name

  • Server region

  • Site status (live/staging)

For each listed site, you have the option to:

  • View site details by clicking on the site card

  • Access quick actions like “One-Click Login”

  • Open WordPress admin directly (no need for credentials)

This setup provides seamless control while maintaining a white-labeled experience for your users.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your main Admin Portal

Go to https://my.bionicwp.com using your Whitelabel owner/admin credentials

2. Navigate to the “Sites” Tab

From the sidebar, click on Sites. This section will show all WL-associated sites and the customer's email.

3. Browse or Search for a Site

4. Click “One-Click Login”

Next to each site listing, click the One-Click Login button. This logs you directly into the site’s WordPress dashboard.

🔐 This works without needing the customer’s password, maintaining full admin access while ensuring a secure, seamless process.

5. View or Manage Site Details (Optional)

You can also click into the site for more options like:

  • PSI (PageSpeed) data

  • Staging/live environment toggles

  • Backup and restore

  • SFTP Credentials / Database Login

  • Clearing Caches

  • Viewing Logs
