How to Customize the Login and Signup Title and Description for Your Whitelabel Platform

BionicWP allows Whitelabel partners to customize elements of the login and signup screens directly from the Customer Portal. You can upload your own logo, change colors, and update messaging to match your agency’s tone and look. These changes instantly reflect on the login and signup pages of your branded portal.

1. Log in to your Customer Portal (Admin Account)
   Visit https://my.bionicwp.com and log in with your admin credentials.

2. Navigate to the Whitelabel Settings

3. Select the “Branding & Customizations” card
   You’ll find options to update visuals and text at the bottom of the pop-up.
   
   

4. Edit Login/Signup Tex

   • Customize welcome messages, field placeholders, and error messages.

   • Adjust the text your users see when signing up or logging in.

5. Save Changes
   Once everything looks right, click Confirm. Your changes will reflect immediately across your Whitelabel login and signup screens.
