2 Factor Authentication

To keep your BionicWP account secure, we use email-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This adds an extra layer of protection, ensuring that even if someone has your password, they can't access your account without a verification code.

When you log in, you'll need to enter a 6-digit verification code that is sent to your registered email address. This code must be entered in addition to your email and password to complete the login process.

1. Go to the BionicWP login page.

2. Enter your email and password as usual.

3. After submitting, you'll be prompted for a 6-digit code.

4. Check your email inbox for the verification code.

   • If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Enter the 6-digit code into the platform.

6. Click Submit to complete your login.

Important:

• Each code expires after 5 minutes.

• If it expires, click Resend to receive a new one.

• If you check "Remember Me", your session will stay active until a security event or long inactivity triggers a logout.

• If you leave "Remember Me" unchecked, your session ends when you close the browser tab.

Pro Tip: If you frequently log in from the same device, checking "Remember Me" will reduce how often you're asked for a new code — making your login process faster without compromising security.
