How to Migrate 10+ Sites at Once

If you're migrating 10 or more sites to BionicWP, you don’t need to fill out our "Migrate My Site" form for each one. Instead, we offer a bulk migration spreadsheet that simplifies the process. This saves time and allows our team to begin migrating all your sites in one streamlined process.

We provide a read-only Google Sheet template. You’ll make a copy of it, fill in the site details, and share it back with our support team. Once received, we’ll process all your migrations in bulk based on the information provided.

This method is ideal for agencies or site owners with high-volume portfolios who want to speed up onboarding.

1. Open the BionicWP Bulk Migration Spreadsheet Template: Click here

2. Click File > Make a Copy to create your own editable version.

3. Fill in the following details for each site:

   • Domain/Site URL

   • Package (Speed & Secure, Secure, or Lite)

   • Unlimited Edits (Yes/No)

   • Preferred Data Center (e.g., US, Europe, etc.)

   • WP Username and Password (if no server access is provided)

   • Server-level access credentials (if available, and WP logins can be skipped)

   • DNS Access (if you want us to update the DNS for you)

4. Once complete, share the spreadsheet link with our support team via email or support ticket.

5. Our team will confirm receipt and begin processing migrations.

If you're unsure of login formats or credentials, just leave a note in the cell. Our team will follow up for clarification before starting the migration.
