How to Request a Performance Review for Your Site

BionicWP monitors speed regularly, but if something feels off or you just launched a redesign or new plugin, you can ask for a performance review. We’ll evaluate your site using Google PageSpeed Insights and provide a summary of action items.

If any issues fall outside of our standard speed optimization scope (e.g., involve custom theme development, structural changes, etc), we’ll let you know. In those cases, you may need to purchase development hours for a resolution.. We’ll evaluate your site using Google PageSpeed Insights and provide a summary of action items — or go ahead and implement fixes if you're on an active edits plan.

1. Submit a support ticket requesting a performance review.

2. Our team will run your site through PageSpeed Insights.

3. We’ll identify top issues and either:

   • Share our findings and suggestions, or

   • Fix them for you (if you have edits enabled)

4. You’ll get before-and-after scores and a breakdown of what changed.

Pro Tip: Sites with frequent content updates, plugin changes, or traffic spikes benefit from a review every 30–60 days. Be proactive and ask for one before a major launch.
