How the White Label Support Inbox Works

To activate your White Label Support Inbox, we need access to your branded support email address. Once granted, BionicWP manages the routing and configuration — no forwarding rules or DNS edits needed on your end.
How It Works
Instead of asking you to configure email forwarding, we keep things simple. Just provide us with login credentials to your support@youragency.com inbox, and our team will take care of the rest. We’ll monitor that inbox and route all messages into our internal support platform, allowing our agents to respond as if they were you.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Create a dedicated support inbox (e.g., support@youragency.com).
Share the email address and password with your BionicWP onboarding rep securely.
Our team will set up email routing and verify that everything is connected.
We’ll notify you once the inbox is fully integrated.
