How to Set Up Your White Label Platform
Overview
BionicWP's White Label (WL) platform empowers you to offer a fully branded hosting and support experience to your clients. With this feature, you can customize your platform's domain, set your own pricing, and, if desired, have BionicWP handle client support under your brand.
How It Works
The White Label platform consists of two main components:
White Label Platform: A customizable hosting dashboard under your domain where you can manage client sites and set your own pricing.
White Label Support: An optional add-on where BionicWP's team handles client support requests using your branded email address.
By activating the White Label feature, you can provide a seamless and professional experience to your clients, enhancing your brand's credibility and trust.
Here's a quick video on the whole setup process:

Portal Domain: The domain where your clients will access the platform (e.g., hosting.youragency.com).

Note: To ensure your portal domain works correctly, you'll need to add a CNAME record to your domain's DNS settings as instructed in the activation form.
