How to Set Your Support Email for WL Clients

BionicWP's White Label (WL) platform allows you to customize the support experience for your clients by setting up a dedicated support email address. This ensures that all support communications appear to come directly from your brand, maintaining a consistent and professional image.
How It Works
By default, the WL platform sends all support requests to the email address associated with your BionicWP account. However, you can configure a different support email address to better align with your branding and operational needs.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your BionicWP account at my.bionicwp.com.
Navigate to the Whitelabel section in the left-hand menu.
Click on Support Form.
Click the Edit button to modify the support email settings.
Enter the desired support email address that you want to use for client communications.
Click Confirm to save your changes.
Note: Ensure that the email address you enter is monitored regularly to provide timely responses to client inquiries.
