How It Works

BionicWP enables you to embed a custom chat widget by inserting your preferred chat provider's HTML script into your WL dashboard. This integration ensures that your clients can access support directly within your branded platform.​


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your BionicWP account at my.bionicwp.com.

  2. Navigate to the Whitelabel section in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click on Configure Chat Widget.

  4. Click the Edit button to modify the chat widget settings.

  5. Paste your chat provider's HTML script into the designated field.

  6. Click Confirm to save your changes.​

Note: Ensure that the script you insert is provided by a reputable chat service and is compatible with your platform.​
