How to Access Customer Sites Under Your WL

As a White Label (WL) partner with BionicWP, you have the ability to manage and access all customer sites associated with your WL platform. This includes viewing site details, performing administrative tasks, and directly logging into the WordPress dashboards of your clients' websites.​

Your WL dashboard provides a centralized location to oversee all customer sites. From here, you can:​

• View a list of all sites under your WL platform.

• Identify which user owns each site.

• Access site details for management purposes.

• Directly log into the WordPress dashboard of any site.​

1. Log in to your BionicWP account at my.bionicwp.com.

2. Navigate to the Whitelabel section in the left-hand menu.

3. Click on Sites.

4. Here, you'll see a comprehensive list of all customer sites under your WL platform.

   • Under the User column, you can identify which user owns each site.

   • To view more details about a specific site, click on its listing.

   • To directly access a site's WordPress dashboard, click on the WordPress icon under the Actions column.

5. After managing a site, click on Back To WL Dashboard to return to the main WL interface.​
