How to Create and Edit Plans in Your WL

As a White Label (WL) partner with BionicWP, you have the flexibility to create and manage custom hosting plans tailored to your clients' needs. These plans are billed through your WL portal, allowing you to set your own pricing while BionicWP charges you based on the base plan you map them to. For instance, if you map BionicWP's Speed & Secure plan (base cost of $25.90) to your custom plan priced at $100, your client is charged $100, and BionicWP charges you $25.90.​

Within your WL dashboard, you can:​

• Create new plans by mapping them to BionicWP's base plans.

• Set your own plan names and pricing.

• Create and manage add-ons.

• Edit existing plans.

• Archive plans to hide them from customer view.​

It's important to note that if you edit or archive a plan currently in use by a customer, their existing plan and pricing remain unchanged unless you manually update their site details to the new plan.​

1. Log in to your BionicWP account at my.bionicwp.com.

2. Navigate to the Whitelabel section in the left-hand menu.

3. Click on Plans.

4. To create a new plan:

   • Click Create Plan.

   • Select a BionicWP base plan to map to.

   • Enter your custom plan name and pricing.

   • Click Submit.

5. To create an add-on:

   • Click Create Add-on.

   • Select the add-on to map.

   • Enter your custom add-on name and pricing.

   • Click Submit.

6. To edit an existing plan:

   • Click the pencil icon next to the plan you wish to edit.

   • Make the necessary changes and click Submit.

7. To archive a plan:

   • Click the archive icon next to the plan you wish to hide.

   • Archived plans will no longer be visible to customers but can be reactivated later if needed.​

Note: If a customer is currently using a plan that you edit or archive, their existing plan and pricing will remain unchanged. To update them to a new plan:​

• Navigate to their site's details page.

• Go to the Miscellaneous section.

• Update their plan to the desired new plan.​
