How to View the List of WL Signups/Users

As a White Label (WL) partner with BionicWP, you have the ability to monitor and manage all users who have signed up under your WL platform. This includes both active paying customers and those who have registered but not yet launched a site.​

Your WL dashboard provides a centralized location to view all user signups associated with your platform. This feature allows you to track user activity, manage accounts, and ensure seamless service delivery.​

1. Log in to your BionicWP account at my.bionicwp.com.

2. Navigate to the Whitelabel section in the left-hand menu.

3. Click on the Users tab.

4. Here, you'll see a comprehensive list of all users who have signed up under your WL platform.​

Note: This list includes all signups, regardless of whether they have active sites or are paying customers.​

Pro Tip: Regularly reviewing your user list can help you identify potential clients who may need assistance launching their sites or upgrading their services. Engaging with these users proactively can enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
