How to Delete Your WL Platform

If you no longer require your White Label (WL) platform on BionicWP, you can delete it directly from your dashboard. Please note that deletion is only possible if there are no active sites associated with your WL account.​

Deleting your WL platform is a straightforward process. However, to prevent accidental data loss, the system restricts deletion if any customer sites are still linked to your WL setup.​

1. Log in to your BionicWP account at my.bionicwp.com.

2. Navigate to the Whitelabel section in the left-hand menu.

3. Click on Delete Whitelabel.

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.​

Important: You will not be able to delete your WL platform if there are any active sites associated with it. Ensure all customer sites are removed or migrated before attempting deletion.​

Pro Tip: Before deleting your WL platform, consider exporting any necessary data or informing your clients about the change to avoid service interruptions.
