Where Can I Find My Billing Day and the Upcoming Projected Bill?

BionicWP makes it easy to keep track of your billing cycle and upcoming charges. You can view your billing day and a projected invoice at any time from your dashboard, giving you full visibility into what you’ll be charged and when.

Use this feature to stay ahead of your billing and manage active sites with confidence.

Every account has a fixed billing day—this is the day of the month when your subscription renews. BionicWP also calculates your projected bill based on your current active sites and any prorated usage from new launches during the month.

This allows you to:

• See when your next invoice will be charged

• View the amount you’re projected to pay

• Understand which sites are contributing to your invoice

1. Log into the BionicWP Dashboard
   Go to my.bionicwp.com and sign in.

2. Click on “Billing” in the Left Sidebar

3. Scroll to the Top of the Page

   • You’ll see your Billing Day listed clearly.

   • Below that, you'll see your Upcoming Projected Invoice, including:

     • Total amount

     • Breakdown of which sites are included

     • Any prorated charges for newly launched sites

4. (Optional) View Invoice History
   You can also review past invoices to track previous charges and billing activity.

Pro Tip:
Launching a new site mid-cycle? You’ll only be charged a prorated amount on your next invoice. This makes it easy to scale without overpaying.
