Where Do I Get Details of My Site?

Need to find technical details about your WordPress site—like IP address, SFTP credentials, database info, or current environment status? All of this is available in one place inside the BionicWP dashboard.

Each site in BionicWP has its own dedicated dashboard that displays key details and configuration settings. From there, you can access everything from your server IP and PHP version to login credentials and domain information.

1. Log into the BionicWP Dashboard
   → Visit https://app.bionicwp.com/ and log in

2. Click on “Sites” in the Left Menu
   → This will open a list of all the websites in your account

3. Select the Site You Want Details For
   → Click on the name of the site to open its dashboard

4. View Site Details
   In the site dashboard, under the Overview tab:

   • Site IP Address

   • Plan

   • Site Environment (Live, Development, Staging)

   • SFTP/SSH Access

   • DNS Management

   In the site dashboard, under the Advanced tab:

   • PHP Version

   • WordPress Version

   • Resources

   • Site Controls & Site Plan Upgrades

   • Database Access (via phpMyAdmin or credentials)

   • Site reports and logs

Pro Tip: Use the search bar in the "Sites" tab if you manage multiple sites—it’s the fastest way to jump into the one you need.
