How to Generate/Customize WhiteLabel Reports

BionicWP's Whitelabel Reports feature empowers agencies and freelancers to deliver branded, insightful reports to clients. These reports encompass key website metrics, including performance, updates, and user activity, all tailored to reflect your brand identity.​

The Whitelabel Reports provide a comprehensive overview of your website's health and performance. They include data on page speed, plugin and theme updates, content changes, user management, backups, uptime monitoring, and more. The reports are customizable, allowing you to add your agency's logo, select color schemes, and schedule delivery to align with your client's needs.​

1. Log into the BionicWP Dashboard

   • Navigate to my.bionicwp.com and sign in with your credentials.​

2. Access Your Sites

   • Click on “Sites” in the left navigation menu.

   • Select the site for which you want to generate a report.​

3. Enable Site Reports

   • Scroll down to the Site Reports section within the site dashboard.

   • Click on Enable Reports to activate the reporting feature.​

4. Customize Report Settings

   • In the pop-up window, configure the following:

     • Schedule Cycle: Choose between weekly or monthly report generation.

     • Agency Name: Enter your agency's name to appear on the report.

     • Upload Logo: Add your agency's logo for branding.

     • Select Colors: Customize the report's color scheme to match your brand.

5. Save Settings

   • After configuring the settings, click Save to apply the changes.​

6. Review and Send Reports

   • Once enabled, reports will be generated based on your schedule.

   • You can review the reports within the dashboard and send them to clients as needed.​
