How to Generate an OTP for Support Verification

To ensure secure and authorized support interactions, BionicWP requires a One-Time Password (OTP) for verifying site ownership. This OTP allows our support team to access your site for troubleshooting or assistance, ensuring that only authorized personnel can make changes.​

The OTP is a temporary code generated within your BionicWP dashboard. When you provide this code to our support team, it grants them limited-time access to your site, facilitating efficient and secure support sessions.​

1. Log into the BionicWP Dashboard

   • Navigate to my.bionicwp.com and sign in with your credentials.​

2. Access Your Sites

   • Click on “Sites” in the left navigation menu.

   • Locate and select the site for which you need support.​

3. Generate the OTP

   • Within the site dashboard, click on the OTP button.

   • A unique OTP code will be generated.​

4. Provide the OTP to Support

   • Share the generated OTP code with the BionicWP support team to grant them access.​

Pro Tip: Always generate a new OTP for each support session to maintain the security of your site. Avoid sharing OTP codes with unauthorized individuals.
