How to Generate an OTP for Support Verification

To ensure secure and authorized support interactions, BionicWP requires a One-Time Password (OTP) for verifying site ownership. This OTP allows our support team to access your site for troubleshooting or assistance, ensuring that only authorized personnel can make changes.​

The OTP is a temporary code generated within your BionicWP dashboard. When you provide this code to our support team, it grants them limited-time access to your site, facilitating efficient and secure support sessions.​

1. Log into the BionicWP Dashboard

   • Navigate to app.bionicwp.com and sign in with your credentials.​

2. Navigation Menu

   • Select Verification code from the main navigation menu in the bottom left corner.
     
     

     

3. Generate the Verification Code

   • Once you click on the Verification Code option, the verification code will be displayed on the screen.
     
     

     

4. Provide the OTP to Support

   • Share the generated OTP code with the BionicWP support team for verification.​

Pro Tip: Always generate a new OTP for each support session to maintain the security of your site. Avoid sharing OTP codes with unauthorized individuals.
